It’s seems (feels) as though I’m always dashing these days – but I wanted to give our new photo recipe a whirl. Because I tend to have darker items and backgrounds in my photos (home) – the recipes don’t always work the same. Of course this has nothing to do with my photo taking and editing skills, right? HA!
For this round, I followed Kim’s tutorial – with the addition of removing some of the layers from two of the book spines.
I’m hoping for a quiet late afternoon to play some more and use peony – what a lovely texture. I bought the stamps, I know there were free samples, but I feel compensation is due when hard work is done – not trying to jump on a soap box here.
Just for fun I went back and did the same photo with Rad Lab’s Bullet Tooth at 100%
I’m kinda glad I have satellite internet (life in the country) while it was taking forever to load two photos – I discovered new fun with Marble Cam – less laundry, more fun YAY!
